Most of our products are offers for classes or in person services. In the case where a physical product is delivered most are picked up in person at one of our locations. When the product is delivered to the customer, any extra shipping costs will be noted. If none are noted, shipping is included.
Products are shipped no more than 3 days after the order is received.
We ship to the continental US only.
Our shipping methods are either USPS or UPS. We use the carrier that provides the lowest cost.
Shipping costs are a flat shipping cost for each item no matter the delivery address. When an additional shipping cost is charged it is clearly noted for the individual item.
Customers will be given a tracking number to track any shipments.
