My son has been going for almost 3 years now! He started in the little leaders program he has became more confident, learned self discipline and respect. I too have joined some classes self defense and kick boxing. I am learning a lot and everyday we both are very happy and excited to go to class. It is a great environment, positive attitudes and great life skills thought here. I would invite all my friend to come by and give it a try.
