Cancellations and Refunds
To receive a refund for individual classes, we require notification of cancellation 3 business days before the day of the class.
For merchandise purchased, we offer an exchange only. No refunds.
For merchandise purchased online and at our locations, you may exchange that item within 15 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
Items purchased should be returned to the academy location where they were purchased.
For items purchased and shipped, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Please contact us via phone at: 1-866-318-3307 for a return authorization.
If an item needs to be mailed to us for an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
For programs and classes on a monthly billing cycle, cancellation must be received in writing 3 days before the payment due date. Cancellation should be received at PO Box 3439, Asheboro, NC 27204
